Michael is also an active member of the College of Healthcare Information Management Executives, a cybersecurity advisor to several healthcare startups, and an active Speaker within the field of Health Information Technology. Under Michael's guidance and leadership, Mt San Rafael Hospital became one of the leading hospitals in the State of Colorado for leveraging advanced technology to enhance the patient and provider experience.

José is recognized as a Silicon Valley industry thought leader in the field of talent management. He has been part of talent strategies behind some of the most recognized consumer electronics products in history, spending the 2000s organizing the growth behind the iPod, iPhone, and iOS cameras at Apple. In 2011, José left Apple to join Nest Labs, a startup set to re-invent the home, which went on to launch the critically acclaimed Nest Learning Thermostat and Nest Protect. Nest was successfully acquired by Google for $3.2B in early 2014. Currently, José is the co-founder and CEO of Plause, an enterprise platform helping companies better engage and manage their workforce.

Katty Coulson is Vice President of IT at Oracle NetSuite, responsible for a variety of services that enable business processes and employee productivity. Before joining Oracle, Katty was CIO for Americas at Cisco Systems. She has a special interest in promoting STEM Education and Women in Leadership and Technology. "HITEC 100" Awardee in 2020, and "HITEC Top 50 Influential Hispanic Leaders in Latin America/Ibero-America" in 2017 and 2018, "Cisco IT Manager of the Year" in 2012 and 2015. She has an education in International Business and Management from Harvard Business School, WHU in Germany, and Tecnológico de Monterrey in Mexico. Katty resides in San Jose, CA with her husband and three children.

Anna Dapelo-Garcia, a Mexican American, was born and raised in East San Jose, California. She grew up in a paycheck-to-paycheck household and never heard the word "college" growing up. After acquiring a Master of Public Administration from the University of San Francisco and a Bachelor of Arts from Saint Mary's College while working full-time, Anna became the first Latina Executive Director at her place of employment. She also founded Lean In Latinas after realizing she wanted to give back to her community through her work with LeanIn.Org.

Marcela Denniston, CISSP, is Senior Director and Head of Cyber Defense Operations and Engineering at NVIDIA. Her career began in the U.S. Navy's cyber operations unit in the wake of 9/11, followed by service as an NSA cyber analyst and work helping the UAE government build its national cybersecurity infrastructure. A first-generation Brazilian American, Marcela co-founded Cyber Lantern and launched two influential LinkedIn communities, Latinos in Cyber Security and The Women of Cyber Security, dedicated to opening doors for underrepresented voices in tech.

Dr. Maria Hernandez is a thought leader in health equity and pay-for-success initiatives designed to address the upstream social determinants of health among vulnerable populations. As President of Impact4Health, Maria led the Alameda County Pay for Success Asthma Initiative to test reducing pediatric asthma-related emergencies using health education and home-based environmental interventions. A first-generation Latina born and raised in Southern California, Maria holds a doctorate in community psychology from the University of Texas at Austin. In March 2019, she was inducted into the Alameda County Women's Hall of Fame for her work in healthcare. She co-founded LatinaVIDA, a nonprofit providing educational forums for career-minded Latinas nationwide.

Founder and Executive Director of Ayudando Latinos A Soñar, ALAS, a Latino Arts, mental health and social justice non-profit focused on working with families on the Northern Coast of California. Specialized in working with rural Latino families, newcomers, and migrant families as well as building community supports that lift voices and leadership of Latinos in community, creating opportunities for cultural wealth to become frameworks of healing and community engagement. Work and research includes working with children and families at the South Texas Border as part of the key team of the Bay Area Border Relief, supporting children and families seeking asylum. Strong work experience in immigration and mental health, providing psychological assessments for immigration cases including U-Visas, asylum cases, hardship cases, and other legal forensic evaluations.

Antonio Humphreys is a passionate business leader, educator, board director, keynote speaker, podcast guest, and "everyday mentor." He has 25+ years of professional experience across multiple industry verticals and geographies, including NASA, Shell Oil, Hewlett-Packard, Gap, and Adobe. He's passionate about "all things business," with a global management portfolio in developing and delivering highly successful, innovative strategies in fast-paced environments that have generated millions of dollars in cost savings, revenue, and profit growth.

Sylvia Juárez-Magaña was born and raised in Indio, CA. From early on, she engaged in her community through various clubs and ASB at Indio High and was active in her church, Our Lady of Perpetual Help. Her commitment led her to attend U.C. Berkeley, where she continued her engagement through campus organizations and her sorority, Alpha Epsilon Phi. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in English with a minor in Chicano Studies. Ms. Juárez-Magaña was later selected as a National Urban Fellow and received her Master's in Public Administration in 2007 from Baruch College in New York City.

Michelle Linares is Senior Vice President of Workforce Engagement and Impact at Pacific Clinics, where she leads enterprise-wide strategies to embed equity into workforce infrastructure and the delivery of culturally responsive, value-based care. Over nearly two decades in healthcare, including her time at Kaiser Permanente, Michelle has led local and national initiatives reducing health disparities through workforce inclusion, leadership development, and cross-sector collaboration. She believes health equity is not a program or initiative but a responsibility, and remains committed to building sustainable systems that center people and honor lived experience.

Arnie was born in La Paz, Bolivia and came to San Francisco, California with his family when he was a young child. He went to high school in Union City, CA and then attended San Francisco State University on partial scholarship while working two part-time jobs. He began his career at Target stores, first repairing desktop computers, then building application servers, and finally teaching himself how to be an IBM Mainframe Security Administrator. He then became a Network Security Engineer at PeopleSoft, where he was in charge of developing and securing their corporate applications and networks. This experience led to an offer from Cisco to join as a Systems Engineer working as a Security Specialist with the largest high-tech companies in Silicon Valley. He has continued to grow and develop his technical leadership career at a number of technology companies since.

Lilian Peña is currently an Account Executive in the Sales and Marketing Department of Disney-owned Bay Area television station ABC7/KGO-TV, part of the Disney-ABC Television Group. In her sales role, Peña specializes in fostering and maintaining relationships with clients and agencies to generate revenue in support of the station's business operations. Her expertise, backed by several years of operational experience, makes her a valuable contributor in advertiser marketing budget planning, helping create effective campaigns across broadcast, streaming, digital, and social platforms.

Angela Flores Robertson is Service Delivery Leader at Palo Alto Networks, a first-generation Latina, and author of Chronicles of a First-Gen Latina. A contributing author to the Latinas 100 and Leaders 100 anthologies, co-founder of the Joel and Angela Robertson Legacy Foundation, and board member of the Hispanic Foundation of Silicon Valley and Sacred Heart Nativity Schools. Angela builds tables and makes sure every seat is filled with someone who almost didn't believe they belonged there.

Oscar has been in the financial services industry since 2004 and joined Merrill Lynch Wealth Management as a Financial Advisor in 2015. His focus is on developing strategies for individuals, their families, and their businesses that help them pursue and achieve their short- and long-term financial goals. Oscar's approach to wealth management is consultative: he takes time to listen to and review each client's unique financial situation, offers recommendations for asset allocations designed to reflect each client's goals, and follows up with discussions covering investment, retirement, lending, risk management, estate planning, and philanthropic opportunities.
