Silicon Valley Latino is excited to spotlight the [*2024 State of Hispanic Wealth Report*](https://nahrep.org/downloads/2024-SHWR-Annual-Report.pdf), released in September during Hispanic Heritage Month. *[The Hispanic Wealth Project (HWP)](https://hispanicwealthproject.org/about)*, launched by NAHREP's leaders Gary Acosta and Jason Riveiro in 2014, has shaped a path to triple Hispanic household wealth, fueled by goals in homeownership, small business growth, and financial investments.

Today, Latino-owned businesses are thriving, growing at ten times the national average and generating $573 billion annually. Yet only 1.5% of venture capital reaches Latino founders. HWP’s vision includes expanding Latino-owned businesses to 600,000 and tripling venture funding by 2034.
